Grãos: Um legado secular
Specialty coffee grown at altitude in the highlands of Minas Gerais. Hand-picked, traceable micro-lots from a single family farm — grown with care, harvested with intention.
Fazenda Dois Irmãos sits in the municipality of Ouro Fino, in the Sul de Minas region — one of Brazil's most celebrated specialty coffee territories. The farm has been worked by the same family for generations, and that continuity shows in every cup.
The altitude, the rich red soil, and the careful farming practices produce beans with natural sweetness, clean acidity, and depth. Every lot is traceable from the tree to the bag.
Five single origins and one exclusive blend. All 250g, roasted to order from Fazenda Dois Irmãos.

Roasting is what brings out everything the producer cared for in the field: the aroma, the balanced acidity, the body, the finish. That is where the magic happens.
Each coffee deserves a roast profile built around its character — not a template. Our goal is to reveal the best of each origin, respecting what the land and the season gave us.
Each varietal tells a different story. Same farm, same care — four distinct expressions of what Sul de Minas can produce.

Everything we do at the farm is oriented toward quality and honesty — in the soil, in the harvest, and in the relationship with the people who roast and drink our coffee.
No intermediaries between the farm and the roaster. Pricing is fair, relationships are direct, and documentation is full and transparent. We believe in knowing who buys our coffee and why.
Every lot comes with complete field documentation — harvest date, varietal, processing method, drying time, and GPS coordinates. No guesswork, no ambiguity.
Selective hand-picking ensures only ripe cherries enter the process. It is slower and more labour-intensive — and it is the single most important step toward quality in the cup.
Growing between 900 and 1,100 metres in Sul de Minas, the beans develop slowly and accumulate the complexity and natural sugars that make this region famous among specialty buyers.
We work in micro-lots by design. Smaller batches mean tighter quality control, more consistent cupping profiles, and a stronger story to tell — lot by lot, season by season.
Fazenda Dois Irmãos has been in the same family for generations. The knowledge of this land — its rhythms, its quirks, its best corners — cannot be replicated. It is what we grow from.
